Abstract
Diarrhea is a leading cause of death among toddlers in Indonesia. This community service program aims to reduce diarrhea prevalence by utilizing Senggani (Melastoma malabathricum) as a natural antibacterial and promoting Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (CHLB). The methods used include counseling, training, and impact evaluation. The program was implemented in Rasau Jaya Village, Kubu Raya Regency. The results showed increased community knowledge about the benefits of Senggani and awareness of the importance of CHLB. This program contributes positively to public health efforts, especially in areas with limited medical access. For program sustainability, efforts include Senggani cultivation, herbal processing technology development, and community health cadres mentoring. This program contributes to self-sufficient diarrhea prevention, utilization of local herbal medicine, and improved public health.
