Anemia is a condition characterized by a deficiency in the number or quality of red blood cells, or low hemoglobin levels in the blood, resulting in a decreased ability of red blood cells to transport oxygen to the body's tissues and organs. Anemia can result in a reduced oxygen supply to muscle and brain cells, which can lead to decreased physical fitness and thinking ability. This can certainly affect academic achievement and reduce productivity and work performance. This activity, which focuses on education and early detection of anemia, aims to increase students' knowledge and determine their hemoglobin levels in the blood in order to improve their health. This activity is carried out in several stages: the first stage of preparation, providing education, the pre-test and post-test evaluation stages of knowledge related to anemia, and health checks such as hemoglobin levels, blood pressure, and BMI. This activity involved 40 students with an average pre-test score of 70 and post-test score of 94, an average Hb level of 14.2 g/dL, normal blood pressure (70%), and normal BMI (45%). The conclusion is that there has been an increase in students' knowledge regarding anemia.
