Abstract
The use of natural ingredients as traditional medicine, such as butterfly pea flower (Clitoria ternatea L.), is increasingly popular due to its perceived safety. However, the limited knowledge of the community in Rasau Jaya Umum Village, West Kalimantan, has hindered the optimal utilization of this potential. This community service program aims to enhance public knowledge and awareness of the benefits of butterfly pea flowers as an antidiabetic agent and the importance of blood sugar testing. The activities included counseling, workshops, and demonstrations, with the result of increasing public knowledge and awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle with the use of natural ingredients by 73 %. This program successfully promoted a shift in community mindset and is expected to be expanded to create a broader positive impact
